The Chairman of the Board and CEO of the Company is Krishna M, Pinnamaneni, M.D., M.B.A, M.H.S.A. Bobby C. Pinnamaneni, MIM, is the Vice President of Global Marketing and Business Development. David A. Westbrock, M.D., is the Vice President of Global Medical affairs. Robby S. Pinnamaneni, B.A.(Hons) is the Project Analyst. The following is summary biographical information of these individuals:

Bhavani K. Pinnamaneni, President, is a Physician (M.D.), and a F.A.A.P. (USA); Chief operating officer of a multi-specialty medical clinic in Arizona, USA, with an experience of more than 30 years in the medical field. She has a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) and also a Masters degree in Health Services Administration (MHSA). She was trained in Detroit, Michigan and Chicago, Illinois. She was a staff-attending physician at a major teaching hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. She also practiced medicine in California and Arizona, USA. She is Board certified in Pediatrics in USA. She assisted business development of an out patient MRI center in Metro Phoenix area in Arizona. She has been active in educating women in the community business opportunities and rural Child HealthCare.

Krishna M. Pinnamaneni, C.E.O, a Physician (M.D.), and a double F.R.C.P. (Canada), F.A.C.P. (USA), F.A.C.E. (USA); Director of Desert Endocrinology And Metabolism & Clinical Nuclear-Isotope Center, Arizona, USA, with an experience of more than 30 years in the medical field. He has a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) and also a Masters degree in Health Service Administration (MHSA). He was trained at the University of Chicago, Pritzker School of Medicine and Billings Hospital in Endocrinology. He received additional training for about two years in metabolic bone and kidney stone diseases as a junior member of faculty at Washington University School of Medicine, Barnes & Jewish Hospitals in St. Louis, where he was given a Scholarship for Research in Endocrinology and Metabolism. For three years, he was an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of California, both at San Francisco and Davis Medical Centers, and was also the Chief, Endocrine section at Travis United States Air-Force Teaching Medical Center in California. He authored several research and clinical publications in Endocrinology. He was one of the Board of Directors of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists for three years. He was certified in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology & Metabolism in USA and Canada respectively. He initiated a partnership with Samaritan Health Services in 1984 to bring the first MRI center for East Valley of Maricopa County in Arizona and was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of that partnership. He has served on many Health care insurance and Hospital committees in Arizona, California, Missouri, Illinois and Michigan.

Bobby C. Pinnamaneni (Vice President, IPI Global Operations), M.B.A.,M.I.M.,M.S.(Computer Science), undergraduate education at Arizona State University in Agri-Business of Engineering Sciences and Masters in Business Administration and International Business at The American Graduate School of International Business (Thunderbird) in Arizona with an emphasis in International marketing management and business strategies. He received a Masters in Computer Science from the University of Chicago. He has been involved in the following aspects of the development of the Companyís business: 1) Wrote the initial business plan 2) Wrote the European Marketing Strategy and executed it. 3) Created and implemented all online and traditional advertising tools/methods. 4) Hired and managed all web, marketing and business development teams for IPI. 5) Traveled and lived for about 2 years in Western Europe 6) Established all USFCS contacts in Holland, Germany, France and Switzerland 7) Assisted in creating In Phase International Brand name in Geneva, Switzerland for business operations 8) Created, implemented and managed all IPI European Internet Business Development Operations for Western Europe, India, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East regions for almost 2 years. Among a variety of social and humanistic services across the world, over the years, he has worked for Samaritan Health Services, a multi medical specialty Clinic in metro Phoenix area in Arizona and Charles Schwab.

David A. Westbrock, M.D. (Vice President, Global Medical Affairs), graduated from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in 1972. He currently serves as a member of the OSU Medical Collegeís Alumni Board of Governors. Dave completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at The Ohio State University Hospitals in 1975 and completed training as a Fellow in Endocrinology and Metabolism in 1977. In the Dayton community Dr. Westbrock serves on the Board of Advisors to the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Dayton. Dr. Westbrock has practiced medicine in downtown Dayton for 23 years. He has been a board member of the Greater Dayton Affiliate, American Diabetes Association and currently serves on the Physician Advisory Committee of the Diabetes Association of the Greater Dayton area. Dave has been an Associate Clinical Professor at the Wright State University School of Medicine. In 1984 Dave was invested as a Fellow in the American College of Physicians, and in May 1994 he was invested as a Fellow in the newly established American College of Endocrinology. In May of 1996, he was named to the Board of Directors of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists (AACE) and served as its Parliamentarian. Dave has twice been a candidate for the U.S. Congress.

The Honorable J. Kenneth Blackwell (Member, Board of Directors). Mr. Blackwell is the Secretary of State of the State of Ohio. His background includes serving as treasurer of the State of Ohio, U.S. ambassador to the United Nations Human Rights Commission, and Deputy Undersecretary of the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) (where he served as the departmentís primary liaison on intergovernmental affairs to the White House). In 1996, he received the National Association of State Auditors, Comptrollers and Treasurers Presidentís Award for outstanding fiduciary performance. Mr. Blackwell has also served as vice-chairman of the Cincinnati Employees Retirement Systems Fund (assets of approximately $800 million), and chaired the Cincinnati City Council Finance and Executive Committees.

Frank Tuzzolino, Ph.D. (Member, Board of Directors), is currently an Associate Professor of Finance at Thunderbird - the American Graduate School of International Management in Arizona, where for the past twenty years, he has taught such courses as International Finance, Investments, and Financial Statement Analysis. Prior to joining Thunderbird, he was a faculty member at SUNY and LIU. Dr. Tuzzolino also spent eight years as a research and project engineer in the aerospace sector, with a top security clearance, for such clients as NASA and JPL. He also has work experience on Wall Street, having served as an operating officer for Citibank. At Thunderbird, Dr. Tuzzolino has been actively involved in Executive Education, designing and conducting- programs in Accounting and Finance for major corporate clients. He has also regularly taught an Introduction to Quantitative Methods for managers. His classes are routinely oversubscribed, whether delivered in the U.S., Europe or Latin America. He has published in the. Academy of Management Review and their Proceedings, and has presented papers for the Financial Management Association, Southern Finance and Western Academy.

Dino DeConcini (Member, Board of Directors) is presently the Director of Financial Education - Consumer Federation of America in Washington D.C. and was the Executive Director of the Savings Bonds Marketing Office of the Bureau of the Public Debt, U. S. Department of the Treasury from 1995 to 2000, responsible for the Office's marketing and promotional efforts for U.S. Savings Bonds nationwide. Mr. DeConcini was a shareholder in the Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona law firm of DeConcini McDonald Brammer Yetwin and Lacy, specializing in government relations and administrative law. He is a member of the bar associations of Arizona and Washington, DC. He has engaged in real estate development and management in the United States, and in international business development as Vice President of Projects International Associates, Inc., of Washington, DC and as International Regional Marketing Director with Williams Brothers Engineering Company of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mr. DeConcini's prior U.S. Government service includes the Department of Transportation, where he was Director of International Research Cooperation and the International Affairs Division of the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General Corps. He has served in state government as Chief of Staff to the Governor of Arizona and in city government as Tucson City Attorney, and founding Chairman of the Phoenix Architectural Design Review Panel. He has been a member of the Boards of Directors of the Arizona Public Service Company, the Apollo Group Inc. and the University of Phoenix. He was also the Chairman of the Arizona Commission on the Arts and the founder and President of Arizonans for Cultural Development. Mr. DeConcini is a graduate of Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and the University of Arizona Law School.

Robby S. Pinnamaneni, B.A.(Hons) in Economics from the University of Chicago,M.S.(Financial Engineering/Mathematics) from the University of Michigan, and a candidate for JD from the Vanderbilt University School of Law, is an analyst for the Company. He has BA with Honors from The University of Chicago in Economics. Robby has worked in the NASDAQ economic research department in Washington, D.C. for analyzing market structure and evaluating market efficiency. He has provided research support on a daily basis for the Chief Economist of NASDAQ, utilizing SAS based analysis during summer 2000. Robby works as an Analyst in Investment Banking and Financial Industry.

All Physicians, who are IPI consultants, are board certified or eligible either in USA and/or Canada. In addition, IPI makes every effort to choose only the experienced and established Physicians as consultants in their fields of practice of medicine. All IPI Physicians have several years of experience in their fields of specialties.
